ABOUT HBJ GROUP INC.

Braxton began his real estate career in 1999 and formed HBJ Group Inc. specializing in commercial real estate. Braxton directed and assisted in the development and acquisition of 11 facilities for the North State Storage LLC portfolio in North and South Carolina, which he also invested in. Those assets grew to over $50 million during that time. Braxton has acquired and sold over $720 million in land transactions as well as self-storage acquisitions, construction and dispositions.

Prior to starting HBJ Group Inc., Braxton worked for Safety-Kleen Corporation, an international publicly traded corporation based in Elgin, Illinois. Positions held included those of National Corporate Accounts Manager, Regional Manager for the Atlanta Division, Regional Manager for the Charlotte Division, Industrial Manager and Corporate Southeastern Division Training Manager.

Former member of Advisory Council for Safety-Kleen Corporation in Maui, Hawaii, Former Chairman of the North Carolina Triangle Community Coalition, Former Board member of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, Co-Founder and Past Executive Director of the North Carolina Self-Storage Association all based in Raleigh, NC.

Braxton holds his real estate license in North and South Carolina, and is a native to North Carolina.

Braxton is a certified scuba diver and licensed aircraft pilot.
